FAQ
How should we dress for our family session?
The choice is yours however please try to coordinate colors and pattens so you will achieve optimal images.
Heavier fabrics tend to hang better, very light t-shirts for example can cling whereas classic cuts will always look great!
Very tight t-shirts, which often looks great if you are standing up, will not photograph well when sitting and snuggling with your child.
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
Newborn sessions are best when your infant is within the first 7-21 days of birth. I ask that all my clients let me know within 3 days of your baby’s birth to ensure getting you on the schedule within those first precious days of your new baby’s life.
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
It is completely normal to feel anxious. If you don’t like being in the spotlight, having your portrait taken can feel like a very vulnerable experience. I plan out the entire schedule & shot list for your photoshoot this will help ease your worries and discomfort.
